Shipping and return policy:

• Once the order has been packed and dispatched, no cancellations will be accepted
• All products on the website are non-refundable. However, an exchange request can be made
• For the exchange of products, a request within 7 days of receiving the package can be placed

Delivery:

• Dispatch timeline 3-5 days 
• New handwoven saree: 45 days

• Dry clean only
• Store the garment in a muslin cloth away from sunlight in a dry environment
• Air the garment every few months
• Avoid spraying perfume directly on the garment

Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds on any handloom silk sarees. However, we do allow exchanges and returns on orders below 20k.
