HOW MUCH TIME WILL THE ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?
It is our endeavor to provide you with beautifully crafted sarees and hence, we require a minimum of 5-7
business days for domestic orders and 10-15 business days for international orders to deliver and to give you the best experience. However, if the saree you desire
is out of stock, we would need 45-50 days to create a fresh, new silhouette for you.


WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
All transactions will be accepted through debit card/ credit card/ net banking only.


ARE THE PRICES INCLUSIVE OF TAXES?
The price of all the products is inclusive of all the taxes. The taxes are levied as per the government laws
(bound to change as per the change in government tax laws).


CAN THE SHIPPING ADDRESS BE CHANGED?
Customers can modify the shipping address before the product has been packed. After the packing of the
product is completed, no modification in the shipping address will be accepted.


WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST OF EACH ORDER?
The shipping cost on each order is INR 250 to 350 for all deliveries in India. These costs may vary between INR 3500 and 5000 for international orders depending on the volumetric weight of the parcel.
Cancellation & Exchange Policy


ONCE I PLACE AN ORDER, CAN I CANCEL IT?
Cancellation is possible only until the order has not been packed. Once the order has been packed and
dispatched no cancellations will be accepted. In addition to the same, we do not have a return policy. We
only accept exchange requests.


CAN THE PRODUCTS BE RETURNED?
All products on the website are non-refundable. However, an exchange request can be made.


WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE PROCESS?
We permit returns and exchanges as long as the product/s are unused, unwashed, defective/damaged,
and are returned in saleable condition with all their original packaging, tags, and invoices.
You are required to inform us within 7 days of receiving the package on info@binalpatel.in with your order
number and the item(s) you wish to exchange, else the goods will be considered sold and no further
requests will be entertained. We will revert to your email within 24-48 hours with an appropriate solution.


WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES ON THE EXCHANGED PRODUCT?
No shipping charges will be levied on the exchanged product

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable duty fees for their orders. Duty fees are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and are based on the item's value and classification. These fees are not included in the total cost of the order and must be paid separately by the customer. We recommend that customers check with their local customs agency for more information on duty fees before placing an order. Customers may also choose to use a package forwarding service to have the package shipped to a different address where the duty fee may be lower. Please note that failure to pay the duty fee may result in the package being returned to us or held by the customs agency.
